The planned obsolescence by @Apple is crazy. Tell me why my iPhone 15 Pro Max (2 years old) says it has normal battery health and a max capacity of 82% but it has started randomly shutting off and when it powers back on it’s only at 10% and the only way to fix it is to pay $100.
