Every teacher I know was PROUD of OUR students - for advocating for their needs and using their voices. You can call them kids, but they are in actuality amazing young adults who inspire those around them every single day

Pretty sure I never said “thank you” to a K-12 teacher or college professor and now I feel guilty. I have lots of students who thank me every day when the bell rings and it means more than they’ll ever realize. For all the negativity about education, the kids are alright.
