Having a blast making these videos! Feels amazing to be helping and inspiring other students, teachers and parents to exercise. I will be adding more resistance/ weight training videos for older students and adults.

Joey: This is exactly what I have been thinking our #PhysEd Ts need at this time. An easy-to-understand template for their lessons. Something that provides a structure for their thinking and planning! A perfect gift for the #PhysEd Community Worldwide!!
Don’t worry. I have my standard and goals posted! 👍 Not gonna lie it’s a lot of work hauling all this equipment from the gym to the field, plus cleaning and sanitizing all the equipment between classes, but man it is so worth it!! Love my job! #emporiaproud#PhysEd#makeanimpact
The moment you stop chasing, stressing, resisting, needing & looking for results to happen and instead you start allowing things to come into your life... that’s when things start chasing you. 🙏
More to share with my fellow #physed teachers. A Winter Wonderland video full of dodging, kicking, ducking, and jumping. Great for the teacher teaching remotely! https://t.co/Hyij8qAVAK
Great players want coaches who:
1- Correct mistakes

3- Coach hard on the court
4- Connect off the court
5- Hold the team accountable
6- Require things done correctly
7- Push for perfection
8- Teach and require execution
9- Make it bigger than sports
