If a school system decides to join an organization and accept their bylaws why would certain school system need to question the organization’s appeal ruling? Asking for @firedcoaches

*The rivalry exemption would protect rivalries like TCC/Thomasville or Rockmart/Cedartown from becoming less advantageous for the larger school.

Also, this wouldn't change OWP or OOWP, so you still get a residual bump from playing teams that win a majority of their games.
