Our Buffalo Road Track Club runners took on the NXR Heartland in cold, windy, and snowy conditions on Sunday. Our boys open team finished 5th in their section while our girls finished 4th. Deick and Paulsen ran 16:14 & 16:20 in the championship section. 🥶 💨 ☀️ 🔥

Israel wrapped up his 8th grade cross country season at the middle school statewide meet. He finished 4th on his 4th place team in 11:45. He showed steady improvement from last season, enjoyed his team, and loved racing. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for him! Go Maroons!

It was two team wins in two nights for the Ives cross country kids! Lydia and her Grand View Christian team won at Pleasantville on Monday, then Israel and his Dowling middle school team won at Valley on Tuesday!

Owen Wolfe @dchstrack concluded his high school track & field career in Eugene today. His 8th place finish in the 800 was good enough for All-American recognition. Later Owen finished 7th in heat 2 of championship mile. Congratulations on a great meet and fantastic career!

What a night it was for Owen Wolfe! He finished 2nd in a loaded field and dipped under 1:50 for this first time in his career.

These two fared pretty well in their first (and last) state 1600m races. Owen wins in 4:09 with Jack finishing 4th in 4:13. Two of the best to ever do it for @dchstrack!
