@OvertimeDrives @TaftRugby I use the Atavus Tackling program. Great program lots of drill variety to rep it everyday. It teaches you near foot and near shoulder to the ball carriers near hip. Shooting the arms through and exploding from the hip to make the tackle while keeping the head behind.
