We’re excited to announce @CoachJ_Gage as our new JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant! Coach Gage brings varsity coaching experience with his most recent stent being at Avery High School.

We’re excited about the experience and energy he will bring to our program! Welcome Coach!

@mid_madness Campbell Fighting Camels!

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

@FullyCaffeinat2 Would be shocked if Moore is in the lineup, unless it’s just his connection with Coach Williams. Hard to go from 10 mpg D2 backup 5 to D1 starter. I think we got steals in Boskovic & Shellhammer, and Boskovic will be the 5. Think Butkus will find his way into the lineup as well

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

@HighPointHoops Fair point, really does not seem like there are enough minutes for that much talent. Good problem to have I guess. Is the M Miller you refer to on the roster Mavrick? I thought I saw that he hit the portal?

[Mid-Major Madness @mid_madness]

🚨🚨we’ve got a MAJOR upset alert on our hands in the CAA.

9-seed Campbell (16-17, 8-10 CAA) has top-seed UNC Wilmington (15-3, 25-4) on the ropes and then some in the quarterfinal

(See if you can go find it on FloHoops)

ECU adds another bowl win to its streak 🔥

The Pirates pick up their third straight bowl game victory, the longest streak in program history 👏

Mentality every day and all season 25-26…DEFENSE FIRST, NO PLAYS OFF!! Been a fun June continuing to build with these guys, excited for what’s to come #ForTheMountain #AveryStrong

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

@Quashaun8 @CoachOHara77 Yesirrr Qua!!!

[Mid-Major Madness @mid_madness]

The Camels have now won their last five, four of which by 23+.

No team hotter in the country than Kevin McGeehan’s Campbell Camels.

Hell of a coaching job being done in Buies Creek.

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

@CamrienMcNeil @OakCityPrep Always Cam! Can't wait to keep up w/ your career at CCCC, proud of you! Good luck the rest of your senior season

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

Mark your calendars; a month from today, Saturday December 14th, a long-time dream of mine gets to happen when we take Avery down to my old high school and I get to go head to head against my dad! My Harnett County folks I hope to see you there!

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

2024-25 schedule, Game 1 just over a week out, let’s go Avery!

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

@romellop_2025 @TritonHawkHoops Yessirrr Ro they’re going to keep rolling in too, congrats man well-deserved!!

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

@IonaGuyF Where do you see the new bigs playing position-wise? Obviously Rupert is a 5. What about Hogarth, Moundi, and Jungers? I imagine Barr and Patterson will play some 4 as well

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

Been the real deal for awhile now 😤

[Romello Pegues @romellop_2025]

Clips from early this summer .

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

@SamfordScoop @stateofthedogs @samueldevaney @SamfordFootball Haven’t seen it discussed much but Brody Davis from Birmingham Southern seems like a quality big man pickup. Wonder how much room there is for him in the rotation at this point though? Seems to already be a log jam at the 5 now between Allenspach, Brownell, and Olayinka

[John Gage @CoachJ_Gage]

Much more of this to come this season…
