@Senger15 was at your game in Syracuse the other day. I have a thought you should consider. I think you need to use a traditional catcher’s setup. Being on your knee is lazy and doesn’t give you a chance to block the ball. I remember @nickscards22 being athletic by not doing this
Helping minor leaguers reach their fullest potential through tips and experiences I learned when I played baseball. Also being the best little league coach east of the Mississippi
I would really like an answer from @FrigginConner. I saw you throw 24 changeups in a game as a relief pitcher. I tell my little league pitchers about it every year
What ever happened to the changeup? Most underrated pitch in baseball. It’s the first pitch I teach to my little league players. And it’ll be the last pitch they throw before they leave the pen/game. What do you think @brtiberi@thomasmac_5 @FrigginConner
Also guess what day it is! It’s @AliMarcel2 bump day! Time to check into twitter for the next 5 hours to see videos of him throwing HEAT! But more importantly command which I think can be accomplished by focusing on throwing strikes and not as hard as he can
This is artwork from both Spears and Senger.
Not much better than a solid side bullpen painting spots with full arsenal and a catcher making it look real pretty.
@Senger15@zachspears20
@FrigginConner I’ve had the pleasure of meeting this young man and I can say that it was all business with him. He wasn’t very funny but I get it! If I had any advice for him it would probably be to lighten up and enjoy life right now
If you don’t think you can add another 7 mph to your fastball in ten weeks then you’re just weak minded. I could care less about an in-and-out I want results. WINNING is all that matters. Not building spaceships
@lucrennie20 wow!!!! Would love for you to come speak to my 12u team when you get a chance! Especially the pitchers and how to maximize their force with their legs! We have 5am weights if you’d like to join and talk then!
Again, optimize your low intent patterns, and you will learn how to be efficient at full effort. @lucrennie20 here (AAA NYM) making big gains right now as he pushes towards the major league level. Smooth usually beats blind intent.
Hey @petecrowarm can’t wait to see you in St. Lucie! I would love to bring my little league team to come see you and possibly talk about your swing and your game!
Good luck to those being drafted this year! I remember these days when I would’ve gotten drafted but got hurt so they didn’t pick me! Hard work gets you there but staying healthy is key!
@RyleyGilliam I believe they do. I try to create as much adversity for my little league team so they can always look back on their mental toughness. It’s not glamorous and I don’t make a lot of friends but it works. They get so much tougher and better from it
