A day late, but its been a crazy time! Sabers shoot scores of 309-313: 622 to finish 11th at the 100th running of the @wiaawi Boys Golf State Tournament at University Ridge! Scores by all 16 teams were historically low! Congrats to Middleton and their record-setting Tournament!

So proud of my daughter Julianne Johnsen who took 3rd place overall tonight at the UA Track & Field Nationals at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL in the Mile with a PR of 5:05.82. She works so hard and has a fantastic spirit about what she does! Couldn't be more proud!

Sabers are REGIONAL CHAMPS! Team shoots a score of 318 to tie Oak Creek for 1st and wins tiebreaker on the 1st playoff hole! Boys learned a little bit about themselves today as things did not come easy and pin placements were hard. Congrats boys! Achievement earned!

All 5 players finish in the top 10 today in the individual scores! 3 way tie between @Peterson_caleb3, Mason Savage, and Aaron Hein for 1st place w 76s! Alex Chastain 4th with an 80 and @connor_sladek 9th with an 86! So proud boys! Aaron Hein is medalist via scorecard tiebreaker!

Our lone senior Alex Chastain is a HUGE part of what we do! So proud of him this regular season and his 80 today shows it! Stayed away from the big numbers and sprinkled in a few birds! Alex earned 2nd Team All-SEC! Great round today Alex!

When junior @connor_sladek believes in himself the sky is the limit! Dedicated himself to the game after last season & it shows. Took a huge leap this year because of that! Could've thrown in the towel today after his 1st 9, but he didn't! This helped earn him 2nd Team All-SEC!

Junior Aaron Hein might not be the name that pops in the Junior world, but this kid can play w the best! Earned medalist honors today and almost finished his round birdie-birdie. He's put in the time as well! Back nine 36! Such a great player! 1st Team All-SEC!

Mason Savage is a special player. A golf junkie. Puts his own grips on his clubs in his basement. After hitting a few shots that he didnt like, he gathers it together & fires a 76! Earns 1st Team All-SEC honors and wins Conference POY via tiebreaker over teammate Caleb Peterson!

@Peterson_caleb3 shoots (-1) in his final 12 holes to take 2nd overall w a 74! M Savage battled well all day to a 79 for 7th overall! @connor_sladek had one of his best overall rounds for an 82! A Chastain could've got down on himself, but didn't and shot 86 to help us win!

On a long day at NB Hills, Sabers take 1st place in the 51st Kaz Invite with a score of 321! Tie breaker over Arrowhead was the 5th golfer. These boys hung in there all day, never got down and walked away Champs!
