Hannah has had a ton of progress this fall!!
Her main cues have mainly been on her entry, to drive her right knee down into the middle of the circle and to push the left leg towards the middle of the toeboard. T-minus 29 days until meet day 🤩

Braelynn made some pretty serious progress today for it being the first time she’s thrown the actual weight implement.
Her cues for today were to push her right hip through the block and to keep her left leg bent when she starts each turn.
That beginning to end of practice difference 🤩
Rylee was working on actively loading and stacking over her right leg and utilizing her block arm to help with arm speed, connection, and delivery through the end of the throw.

If you take 4 weeks off from training you will decondition to the point to where you are not the same athlete you were a month ago. Taking breaks are necessary but taking completely off is quite negligent to your progression.
