@PittsburghSport Fred Warner, Roquan Smith, Shaq Leonard, Bobby Wagner, Devin White? All depends on what your line is for elite coverage and high level run play. If you are asking for a linebacker who is truly a clamper and force in the run that’s a short short list all time.

@coachhaddadjr @vIQtorySports @PQDSystem Prefer it to the 1. Let’s the guard pass him off to the center and work up. The double usually gets a better initial push on the shade than the guard working the 3 inside out. Depends a lot on personnel tho.

@CoachShiffman Full reach. Emphasis on winning with the first step. Reach play side gap, if uncovered wait for a 2 count to check for run throughs then bug backside for trailers. Generally we also run this with a tight end to the call who has a punch and release to help the pst seal the edge.
