This is what a decade of belief looks like. I came to my first game the year Coach D got the job and I’ve believed in her, this program, and this state everyday since. As a kid from Arkansas this is what you dream of and I can’t believe mine got to come true. THANK YOU ARKANSAS💌
Grades are in, and the ladies continued getting it done in the classroom as well!
We had 13 student-athletes earn a perfect 4.0 GPA during the spring semester, and 9 maintained that standard for the entire academic year! #RollNeers
The NJCAA Baseball and Softball World Series will look a lot different in 2028. The new format means the post season expands to 32 teams per sport and division and features regionals and Super Regionals -- something not seen in the history of the NJCAA.

As an AD, I struggle to understand why some parents resist high standards for their kids. Growth doesn’t come from comfort, it comes from being pushed, being coached hard, and being held accountable.
As a dad, I hate seeing my kid disappointed. But I’d rather see him face adversity now than be unprepared later. Learning to handle failure, earn your role, and fight through challenges matters more than any short term result.
Winning matters. Not just on the scoreboard, but in learning how to prepare, compete, and respond when things don’t go your way. That’s what builds someone ready for the real world.
As an AD, I remind our coaches that building a strong culture is often addition by subtraction. One negative attitude can undo a lot of good. Protect the standard at all costs.
