If students aren’t getting enough physical activity, play, & recess, don’t blame them when they get restless, fidgety, & can’t focus in class. Children are active by nature & need to move. Exercise enhances focus, self regulation and brain performance.

1) Roll up their sleeves to help
2) Really listen

@Christy1Stanley @DrBradJohnson Another problem is mandates are not enforced. So, even states that have the PE mandates aren't necessarily meeting them. It's so sad.
