What being a coach is like, If you do it right, it is much more than any sport. When you become your players’ mentor, teach them life lessons, give advice through the ups/downs of life, you develop more than a 4 year relationship. It becomes a lifelong one. What a responsibility!

Athletes: Enjoy your HS playing days. There’s nothing like playing in front of a crowd of your community members, friends & family & playing alongside classmates. The sense of community & school pride is unbeatable. Relish it; rejoice in it; respect it. It’s over before you know.
