Kenny Dillingham says he hopes today’s ASU youth camp puts things into perspective for his players:
“They’re playing college football. They laid in their beds when they were these kids' age, saying, “Man, how cool would that be if I could play college football?” They didn’t talk about money; they didn’t talk about any of that. Now they get to make money and play college football.
They’re living out a better dream that they could have ever imagined.”

Steve Nash led the NBA in assists. He also led the league in high fives, fist bumps, and pats on the back.
The best leaders understand that people perform better when they feel supported, appreciated, and connected.
"I don't count my sit-ups. I only start counting when it starts hurting. When I feel pain, that's when I start counting because that's when it really counts."

For the second year in a row, ASU has a presence on the deluxe-edition cover of EA CFB. Kenny Dillingham loves the national brand that helps the Sun Devils build:
"If someone told me that four years ago I would've pinched myself. We are activating the valley."

Kenny Dillingham on how he expects Arizona State's in-state golden ticket recruiting initiative to continue to evolve.
Dillingham said there will always be people who don't like how ASU recruits the state of Arizona, but he feels the steps ASU is taking are working.
"We're in an era where if you don't get an early offer, the school doesn't like you. Well, the reality is an offer isn't what an offer was 10 years ago... instead of saying we're going to offer 19 to 20 freshmen and sophomores and say we were your first, we're saying, no, here are the select few that we know could commit to Arizona State. A real offer. Like an offer, what it's meant to be, and make it unique. "

Kenny Dillingham's take on the Save College Sports Act:
"I looked at the bill, there's good things in it and bad things in it. I love that coaches have to stay, I think that's awesome for the players. I'm for anything that's driven for the players/athletes."

Arizona State HC Kenny Dillingham's thoughts on a potential 24-team College Football Playoff.
Big 12 head coaches voted unanimously in favor of expanding the CFP from 12 to 24 teams during the conference's spring meetings.
"I just want to get in a scenario where we can compete at the highest level we can versus the best teams in the country."

Kenny Dillingham loves what ASU's youth camp does for the community, as well as providing a fun reflective opportunity for his players:
"We're a university where we serve the community... These moments (the players) really get to remember 'I'm living out a dream right now.'"
Kenny Dillingham said the financial contributions ASU has received from various donors have helped build momentum for the program, but he still believes ASU is behind a lot of schools across the country.
"I like to say when I got here, we were in a marathon, but it was like we started four hours after everyone else started this marathon. So even though we're catching up... we're so far behind, and they're still running."

Good to catch up with Gene Smith today. There is no Pat’s Run or @pattillmanfnd without his trust from the start. Didn’t say “woah” to the plans/ideas but rather said “sic’em” (great Mike Tomlin quote).
