6% of High School athletes go on to play College Volleyball.

Be honest with yourself, are you truly out working 94% of High School athletes in this country?

If the answer is no, make a plan & stick to it with consistency!

Be mindful of your body language!

You never know who is watching. The fastest way to get crossed off of a College Program’s list is to display negative body language!

Made a mistake? Oh well, move on to the next play with a positive attitude!

Once you pass the talent evaluation, now your character is under evaluation.

Be a good teammate. Be a good person.

If a college coach asked all of your teammates about you, would you trust everyone to say nice things about you?

Start lifting weights!

The weight room is probably one of the biggest changes for athletes transitioning from high school to college sports.

Create the habit of going to the gym and sticking to a routine because once you get to college …. The weight room is a mandatory daily task!

Some colleges have daily lifts @ 5AM every morning!
