NEW: Judge Sweeney clarified that her injunction does NOT block transfer rules, roster caps, rev share caps.

This means players who receive the extra year CANNOT transfer and may only play for their former teams.

The Class of 2022 eligibility ruling won’t create an opening for players currently on NFL rosters to now return to college, according to the NCAA. Players who signed pro contracts are currently ineligible to return to college.
