Do you actively coach positive energy at practice and through film and highlight those who demonstrate great positive energy?

If not, what other things do you do or prioritise that improves the culture of your program

@coachDbutler I don’t agree that too much positive is detrimental & that you should limit the level of positivity that the staff & players project.

As you said, love your players & be genuine. Pair that with limitless positive energy (& agreed expectations) & that’s a great foundation .
