A pattern I've noticed in stuck people:
They're always busy. They never stop moving. They have 47 tabs open and a notebook-sized to-do list. But if you ask them what they accomplished this week that actually matters, their mind goes blank.
Busyness isn't a badge of honor.
You can't just have high work ethic, you need high "learn ethic."
Work ethic is often being able to do the same thing over and over again without getting bored.
Learn ethic is being able to try a new thing over and over again without getting frustrated.
You need both to win.
Your identity wasn't chosen. It was assigned.
By your parents, your neighborhood, the TV in the background. You became an adult and kept living as if any of it was yours.
The version of you running your life right now was built before you had a say.
