Century's Penelopea Gordon runs a 2:13.28 800 in the state prelims, which was third best in today's field. I do believe that is a personal best for the Panthers senior.

I’ve had a lot of wonderful section meets in my 23 years at Century, but this was one for the record books! This group of girls has committed to track, worked so hard - and most importantly - showed up and competed to the best of their abilities every single meet this season.
