• Mykela Dickerson and Eva Lewis were featured in IndyStar HS Sports Central Indiana underclassmen names to know for the 2026 season

• Olivia Anglemyer selected for Indy Star Player of the Week (Week of Aug 24-29)

• Olivia Anglemyer secured 1000 kills

• Olivia Anglemyer surpassed 500 digs and is on the road to 1000

• Makayla Martin secured 500 assists

• Mia Miller surpassed 100 career blocks and block assists

• Olivia Anglemyer, Mykela Dickerson, Mia Miller, and Leah Guilfoy were included in the Indy Star High School Sports 1A & 2A volleyball players making an impact

• @brian_Haenchen with Indy Star Girls High School sports section visited Scecina to see our match against Heritage Christian

• JV brought home a well-deserved runner-up finish at the Spartan Invitational

Josie is turning the front row into her territory this season! With great timing, strong hands, and a fearless presence at the net, she has developed into one of Scecina’s most disruptive blockers. When Josie gets locked in, opposing hitters have to think twice before challenging her.

Our JV squad brought home a well-deserved runner-up finish at today’s Spartan Invitational showcasing fantastic teamwork and resilience as multiple players really took charge of their positions.

While the entire roster contributed to today’s tournament, Jayla and Elizabeth delivered exceptional standout performances:

♥️Jayla provided steady, vocal leadership that kept the team composed and motivated, backing it up with game-changing defensive ups.

💛Elizabeth led our offense with smart court awareness and relentless finishing at the net, while also controlling momentum with tough serving and unexpected, high-effort digs.
