When nominating players for IBCA All-State we are instructed to only nominate players considered for All-Conference. If we are told to follow a criteria, but players are receiving awards that don’t meet this…then what is the point of the criteria?

Can someone please tell me how my player in black this is fighting over a ball screen gets called with “flopping” the new NFHS call?

The ref calls flopping once they have already scored and possession is over.

If this is what refs are looking for, this rule is a joke.

Your job as a Head Coach is to get the program to it's ceiling. The ceiling is different at each place. This can be a very difficult concept for parents, players, coaches, admin to understand. Make sure you do things that help get to the ceiling & worry about what you control!
