@theMMQB @ConorOrr I think McCarthy is a better coach than people think, but giving him credit for developing Kellen Moore as a coordinator is a big stretch. Dallas fans know that he kept Moore essentially as a condition to get the job, and ran him out of town to seize playcalling for himself.

@ZachWolchuk I believe Leonhard will be their target, and they are likely to hire him. They reportedly offered him that job in ‘21, and he turned it down, thinking he would be the next HC at Wisconsin. Also grew up in Wisconsin as a Packer fan.
