Our body doesn’t understand the difference between workday & holiday. It stores excess calories as fat & builds muscles only if the muscles are challenged. Running is easiest thing one can do on a holiday
To decelerate ageing
Eat clean, balanced diet with min. 10 servings of veggies, fruits; min. 1gm protein per kg of BW
Take required supplements
Exercise: min. 2 hrs of strength training & 2 hrs of cardio per week
Take 10,000 steps daily
Hydrate & sleep well
Limit processed food.

@PMOIndia Sir, we are a hugely populated country. Currently the privileged class is still able to get the treatment, please do not let it reach the the under privileged, meaning the masses. We need a zero tolerance, strict nationwide lockdown for a month & control the spread.
