Vista Grande ‘27 OT Brayden Mendoza, who sits at 6’7” and 300 pounds, received his UA Next invite via yesterday’s combine, is looking sharp during drills today. He’s seen some D-I interest but is waiting on a coach to pull the trigger and offer. A recruit to watch this spring.
Jackrabbit Nation, the next chapter begins now. Mesa High School is excited to announce Ryan Felker as the next Head Football Coach, pending governing board approval. Teacher and current coaching staff member Cam Stephenson will step into a new role as Defensive Coordinator.
Former Walden Grove defensive coordinator @_CoachDavila is the new head coach at Desert Christian. Davila is a Class of 2009 graduate from Cienega who went on to be an offensive tackle at Utah. He was the head coach at Rio Rico from 2016 to 2018 before joining Corey Noble's staff at Walden Grove.
