There is no better way to bring out the best in your players than through friendly competition. Teams of 5. Have to block and recover and get into a throwing position or it’s a “miss.” Have to be top 3 teams or else …

Week 3 is spent on quick and smooth transfers. “Let the velocity feed the hand”
