Might as well do it back to back 🏆🏆
A Coach is nothing without their players and this senior class was special. Real special. They left a legacy to certainly be remembered.
Too many teams waste golden chances to attack—
because they’ve been conditioned to play safe.
Sideways. Backwards. Rehearsed patterns.
That’s why Forward Mentality must be a core principle. 🧵
Last night we said thank you to @NCFCAcad Coach Christopher Harrington for the incredible time, energy, and heart poured into our players and our club. His impact on the field and beyond will be felt for years to come and we wish him the very best in his next chapter with FC Cincinnati!
As a staff, the blood sweat & tears we have all put in over the last 2 years to help push the club into the top 4 in the country is unwritten. The players & their families, the dedication & drive every single day. Up 2 places from last year. Brick by brick!

@StevenVent101@alfiesangerr I did not do that to be fair. Limit it to the attackers who are starting. So it’s a group of 4-6. ~3-4central. 1 per wing.
Defending group + 6 is working 2 min on def shape and distribution.
@alfiesangerr@StevenVent101 The player shooting then checks in to receive a pass and play into an assist zone with a wide player running on. Two runners then make their way in the box for a finish. Trying to get the “next action” mentality but also reps.
@alfiesangerr@StevenVent101 I agree. I’ve mixed it up and instead of a layoff the ball is bounced back to the initial player and the person who bounced the ball back becomes a passive defender to simulate taking a player on + finish.
