God gave Moses 50 chapters of instructions for a tent.
Fifty.
More space in the Bible is devoted to the design of the Tabernacle than to the creation of the universe.
That's not an accident.
Every measurement, material, and color was pointing to something, and once you see it, you can't unsee it.
A thread. 🧵
The Old Testament prophets did not speak into a vacuum. Each one had a specific audience, a specific king, and a specific crisis. Elijah confronted Ahab. Jeremiah watched Jerusalem fall. Ezekiel and Daniel ministered to exiles in Babylon. Knowing when a prophet spoke and to whom transforms how you read their words.

The Tower of Babel was built somewhere between the Flood and Abraham, roughly 2120 BC. What this timeline also shows is that Shem, Noah's son, was still alive when Abraham was born. The patriarchal world was far more connected across generations than most readers assume.

Patristic attributions upheld in sources such as the Haydock Catholic Bible Commentary, favors relatively early dates for the composition of the New Testament books. These align closely with eyewitness testimony or apostolic associates, emphasize internal evidence (e.g., the absence of any mention of the A.D. 70 destruction of the Temple as a fulfilled event), and draw on early Church tradition.
Catholic biblical scholarship rejects many late-date assumptions of critical scholarship (which often place the Gospels post-A.D. 70 and question traditional authorship) on the grounds that they rely on rationalist presuppositions denying prophecy or supernatural elements. Instead, it correlates dates with known historical events, such as the deaths of Sts. Peter and Paul around A.D. 64–67 and the end of Acts before those events.
The graphic is a synthesis of proposed composition dates of the New Testament writings. Dates are approximate ranges, as precise years are rarely certain.
It’s parasite cleansing season as we move into the change of seasons.
After winter there can be more stagnation, buildup, and stress on the gut and liver.
This is the perfect time for a reset.
A proper parasite cleanse is not just killing parasites.
It’s whole body support.
Focus on:
• Clean, nutrient dense foods
• Hydration
• Minerals and trace elements
• Supporting the liver, gut, and lymph
When done correctly, people often notice:
• Less bloating
• Better digestion
• Reduced inflammation
• Fewer seasonal allergies
• More energy and mental clarity
The goal is to clear buildup from winter and prepare the body for spring.
If you want guidance with safe options for the entire family, my book How to Do a Parasite Cleanse includes:
• DIY options
• Herbs and essential oils
• Product protocols
• Symptoms to expect
• Troubleshooting steps
DETOX” IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS
The word detox gets used everywhere, but your body already has a highly advanced detox system built in. Your liver, kidneys, gut, lungs, and skin are constantly working to filter, break down, and eliminate waste. The goal is not to “force detox,” it is to support the systems that already do it.
Many of the herbs listed here have been used traditionally and do contain compounds that can support aspects of health. For example, turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, ginger supports digestion, and milk thistle has been studied for liver support. But claims like “cleansing liters of blood daily” or removing a fixed percentage of toxins are often exaggerated and not grounded in strong clinical evidence.
What actually supports detoxification is far more consistent and less flashy. Hydration helps your kidneys function efficiently. Fiber supports gut health and waste elimination. Adequate protein allows your liver to carry out detox pathways. Sleep, movement, and reduced alcohol intake all play a measurable role in how well your body clears waste.
Herbs can be part of a healthy routine, but they are not a shortcut or a replacement for foundational habits. And not every herb is safe for everyone. Some can interact with medications or underlying conditions, which is why context matters.
The real question is not “what can I take to detox?”
It is “how well am I supporting the systems that detox me every day?”
Focus on what works consistently. Eat real food. Stay hydrated. Move your body. Sleep well. Manage stress. That is what keeps your body functioning the way it was designed to.
