Churchland High School in Portsmouth, VA has named Malik Sexton as its new Head Football Coach.
Sexton was Eastern District Offensive Player of the Year and Conference 17 Player of the Year as a QB for the Truckers before going on to play College Football at Virginia State.
Previously, Sexton led Glen Allen to a 15-8 mark over the past two seasons and a pair of playoff trips.
Dear former college football players,
If you didn’t get drafted or sign to a team this past weekend, it’s ok. God may be closing that door to get you to what He’s called you to. You’re not defined by a game. You’re defined by how well you carry out Gods will for your life.
