@CoachDanGo As a guess, maybe most peptides are fake, overhyped or folk don’t consider they only work well if the basics have already been doing a good job.
Just a thought, I don’t know much about them, but then I bet nether do those who use them too.
Most people don’t train locomotion anymore…
They train in fixed positions.
Sit & push or pull… but life isn’t a machine.
We walk, carry, stabilise, rotate, change direction & react.
That’s why some people look fit in the gym…
…but struggle to move well in real life.
