Mike Leach said, "Everybody can work harder than they think they can."
"Everybody's a little better than they think they are."
Growth starts when you push past what you thought was your limit.
Great coaches see your greatness before you even realize it's there.
Lou Holtz turned around 4 programs within 2-3 years using the same 5 rules.
• Arkansas: 5-5-1 to 11-1.

"But, it absolutely will put you in the best position to achieve it.”

- been in better shape
- taken advantage of the offseason

Practice is so important, because your approach to practice will be your game results. Best ones understand full speed in practice = full speed in the game. How you do anything, is how you do everything.
Find athletes with GRIT
not ones with fancy gear.
Find athletes who are about the TEAM
not ones focused on their own stats.
Find athletes who are about WINNING
not ones who whine about playing time.
When you find these athletes
you'll find consistent success.
