Attn PE Teachers 🚨
Try this -
On the last week of school send 4 kids every 5 minutes to their favorite English or Math teacher and have them say "Can I hang out here, my PE teacher said it was ok since we're not doing anything".
Good times 🤣🤣
@MarvinBarn94272@Bball_CO Wyoming funds their HS athletics completely and definitely completely different than most states. No athletic fees, no bus fees, coaches pay and referee pay is much better. It’s going to be a shock to their system.
Excited to announce my commitment to Colorado Mesa University @CMUMavsMBB
Thank you Coach @KenDeWeese for believing in me and providing me with this opportunity! The best is yet to come…

🏀 Lion Nation - LuHi Athletics is excited to announce that Josh Adams has been named the Head Coach of the Lutheran Boys Basketball program and will be returning to lead our young men next season.
A Parker native and lifelong Colorado resident, Coach Adams has a deep love for this state and a passion for growing the game of basketball here. He is especially excited to continue that mission at Lutheran High School. Colorado is home, and Coach is grateful to begin this journey alongside his wife, Madison, and the entire LuHi community.
Beyond basketball, Coach is most honored by the opportunity to grow in his Christian faith through his return to LuHi. He shared that this past season was as impactful for him as it was for the players, and he looks forward to continuing that growth through service to the school, the program, and its student-athletes. His vision extends far beyond the game itself, rooted in purpose, character, and faith.
Coach Adams brings an extensive basketball background to the role. He is a graduate of Chaparral High School in Parker, where he was part of the 2012 state championship team. He went on to become a four-year starter and All-American at the University of Wyoming and is now a member of the Wyoming Athletic Hall of Fame. Following his collegiate career, Coach played 10 years of professional basketball internationally, with stops in Spain, Italy, Turkey, China, and Australia.
Recently retired from professional basketball, Coach also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. He currently serves as a counseling intern and is the founder of P.I.V.O.T., a holistic athlete performance development company focused on helping athletes maximize their potential through mindset training, performance psychology, skill development, and career guidance.
Notably, Coach Adams also led the Lutheran Lions to a State Championship in 2026; an achievement that speaks to both his leadership and commitment to excellence.
Coach Adams shared the following message:
“To say this opportunity is both a blessing and a challenge from God would be an understatement. I never envisioned myself as a high school coach, but the joy and fulfillment I’ve experienced being part of this program rivals any accomplishment in my athletic career. The opportunity to grow in my faith and walk more closely with God has been both challenging and transformational.
While I am far from perfect, I promise to give my absolute best every single day- rain, shine, or snow. I love this program, I love the LuHi family, and I am deeply grateful for this opportunity. Above all, I thank the Lord for His grace.
I look forward to building a powerhouse program, and I expect every athlete who joins us to share in that commitment and vision.”
We are excited to have Coach Adams’ leading our program and we are confident his leadership and commitment will leave a lasting impact on our students and community.
Go Lions!

Tom Izzo shares an uncomfortable truth about earning your spot.
"You play real good, you start. You don't play as good, you work your way back in."
"That's the American way - except America has gotten soft."
You don't get what you want in life - you get what you earn.
It starts with showing up and earning it every single day.
No shortcuts...Just hard work.

I thought it was hyperbole when they were saying there might be 15,000+ Nebraska fans in the Paycom Center today…
(Paycom only holds 18,203 and the other 3 teams bring fans too)
Update: It wasn’t hyperbole…
Incredible take from Charles Barkley on Tom Izzo:
"The media, who don't know anything about sports, say 'Why is he yelling his players?' That's called coaching... if parents & friends get mad because you're getting yelled at, get better parents & better friends."
