@Coach__Luca @CoachGavM That’s the big question we are trying to solve. We don’t know why as a group they aren’t more pro active. Maybe it’s a habit thing where they have been used to not getting support or maybe an ego thing. Change takes time so will keep chipping away

@Coach__Luca @CoachGavM From the start of this season we have given managers access to The Coaching Manual online, hosted mini CPDs at the start of our managers meetings and provided online CPDs (via our partner club) but nevertheless, sadly, engagement from managers has been very low.
