16 years ago, we lost a remarkable leader whose wisdom continues to guide us today.

Keli McGregor's legacy lives on through the principles he exemplified as President of the Colorado Rockies.

You may not know that Keli led the Rockies organization to a World Series and to a top ranking of their business during his watch. The right leader makes a difference!

His lessons:

1. Take care of one thing at a time, one day at a time. Multi-tasking isn't the goal or optimal.
2. Have the courage to be patient when others take shortcuts.
3. Find your purpose by helping others discover their giftings, potential, and purpose.
