Coaches:
Whats the oldest piece of equipment sitting in your storage room right now?
Broken Sled? Old pads? Bent racks?
If you want it gone before next season, I run a local junk removal service and can clear it out fast.

@bordeauxyoutube Azusa Pacific used to be the only D2 school in Southern California. Then after a few years of no football they came back as a D3 football program.
Southern California lives off these. And coaches get hired saying they run these better than the previous guy who ran the same offense they do. Just cooler play/formation names and more backpack coaches (7on7).
We’ve got copy-paste offenses everywhere:
Inside zone+Counter+RPOs.
But nothing ties together.
No sequencing. No deception.
What actually breaks defenses:
Creating numbers and stacking plays on top of each other.
I did 4 tournaments as a coach for Trillion Boyz a couple years ago… The embarrassing & unprofessional nature of the coaches, referees, and even OT7 at times created such a toxic environment that I had to step away before I put my hands on somebody (including a coach on my own team) … Doing backflips in underwear after scoring on a 14 year old freshmen because you’re a 19 year old double hold back senior doesn’t make you good. And the recruiting sites that love to enable this toxic behavior at tournaments are just as much to blame. Yal love shoving the camera in these kids faces whether they score a TD, argue on the field, get in a fight, or even get hurt. It’s all for clicks. 7 on 7 football IS NOT REAL FOOTBALL and you’ll get ya feelings hurt thinking your kid is better than the rest because of what he does in a passing league with zero tackling. This shit was meant to be a way of creating a “travel ball” for football players outside of their respective seasons to gain further recruitment. Not the popularity contest you parents, recruiting sites, and coaches have turned this bullshit into. It’s sad to see honestly!
Let me take care of your spring cleaning!

Louis Leo “Lou” Holtz, legendary college football coach, Hall of Famer, bestselling author, and one of America’s most influential motivational voices, has passed away at the age of 89 in Orlando, Florida, surrounded by family. Born January 6, 1937, in Follansbee, West Virginia, Holtz rose from humble beginnings to become one of the most respected figures in college athletics. Over a remarkable five‑decade career, he led college programs at William & Mary, NC State, Arkansas, Minnesota, Notre Dame, and South Carolina. He transformed every team he inherited and captured the 1988 National Championship with the Fighting Irish. Holtz was preceded in death by his beloved wife of more than 50 years, Beth, with whom he shared a life grounded in faith, devotion, and service.
Holtz is remembered for his enduring values of faith, family, service, and an unwavering belief in the potential of others. His influence extended far beyond the football field through the Holtz Charitable Foundation and the many players, colleagues, and communities shaped by his leadership. He is survived by his four children, nine grandchildren, and two great‑grandchildren. Funeral arrangements, including a Mass of Christian Burial at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart at the University of Notre Dame, will be announced as details are finalized.

People who say Wing-T guys won't be able to get recruited. This kid is the toast of the combine and has been making headlines for some time.
He went to Lena-Winslow. They run the Wing-T almost exclusively UC and throw the ball 20-30x per YEAR. The young lad turned out fine.
