@TewksHitting Neither are measurable. Smart people can measure body angles, rotational acceleration etc, these aren’t that. If they are movement cues, they are internally focused, aren’t likely to be effective. the difference between these two terms is which hitting coach your “loyal” to. 🧂

I’m at my 6 year old daughters soccer practice and they have flag football flags on. The game: protect their ball and steal flags from their teammates. On our way home we’ll drive past the t-ball fields and see 11 kids standing and 1 kid with a bat at the tee.
