Yesterday's session was the last of the season.

Reflecting on the season, there's much to be proud of.

-2nd in NPxG (10th in 2024 with a 23% improvement)
-3rd in xG Difference (T-7th last year with a 0.37 P90 improvement)
-4th in NPxG Difference (8th in 2024, 0.28 P90 jump)

While there's still work to do, we're working hard in the background to ensure we build upon the performances of 2025.

As we wrap up the year, I have nothing but gratitude for my 1st season with the Courage and the people I work with each day.

The two consistencies in these situations are...

1) Parents equating the kid's success with their own character and parenting quality.

2) Weak or poor coaches who fail to set appropriate expectations and allow and/or engage in verbal abuse.
