Since we’re all just reading tweets about other tweets about other tweets here’s the actual NCAA release and link.

Assuming my reading is correct 2 things stand out:

1/ You can turn 19 during a PG year. You must enroll in college “no later than the Fall of the following academic year” of turning 19. So if you PG and turn 19 in October 2026 you haven’t started your clock.

2/ These new rules take effect for the class of 2027.
