Sorry Justin, it should have been me. I love you, and I will do my best to live a life that honors you. You will forever be apart me and I will let your story live on. I know you and your dad are looking down on us right now, please tell him that he raised an amazing man! RIP
The thing about this, two things can be true at the same time, and they are here
1. This drill below is pointless & we are seeing OTA/Training camp drills getting more & more crazy
2. What so many of these trainers proclaiming football movement are doing is 100% 🎪 too
2-0 Against charlotte and Sarasota‼️First time playing NG. Couple TFL’s, great pressure, felt like I could have did better, but to do that gotta work for it. Back at it June 2nd‼️‼️ #AGTG#GFEF
I am very blessed and excited to announce that I have committed to IMG Academy for a post graduate year. I want to thank my family, friends, and all my coaches who helped me get to this point.
Thank you to @coachd73 and @CoachEricIMG for this amazing opportunity. Proverbs 16:9
Some hit one goal.
A few hit two.
But these two? They hit ALL FOUR 💪

This kind of achievement doesn’t happen by accident..
@coach_u87 Agreed! I’ve never understood head and hands, but I see some college/NFL coaches do this in INDY. Maybe if you’re that much bigger/stronger you can create more knock back?
This past week we had 2 teams lift the day before a game and one team did a primer lift on game day.
They all won.
They didn’t win because of the lifts.
But they also didn’t lose because of the lifts.
What they did do was still develop physical qualities, despite being in-season.
Long term development cannot take seasons off just because you’re in-season (which is almost 12 months a year now for kids.)
@Bat_t3 You can! So can dual sport athletes that are participating in track, baseball, lax etc. It does require adjustments. I’m not having a kid squat for volume then play football, or run a track meet later. Olympic lifts are great for game day, prime the CNS!
