TONIGHT AFTER THE SUPER BOWL/OLYMPICS: There is a major shortage of @MHSAA officials across all sports. It's been coming for a while but COVID certainly accelerated the problem. Why it's happening, and how the plans to fix it, tonight on @midmichigannow.

Raider Nation had a victorious week of basketball in the fieldhouse. The boys won an MHSAA District crown upsetting a highly ranked CA team that won the SVL title. The Lady Raiders followed suit by knocking off CA to claim their own District Trophy 🏆

@cverg1735 @um8kthecall I had targeting, leading with the crown.

[Coach Smith @CoachSmithFHS22]

Officials have extremely tough jobs- without them we don’t have games. I’ve met a lot of great men and women that have patrolled the sidelines on the court and the football field. Good read for you hecklers ⚽️🏀🏈⚾️🥎🏐🏒🤼‍♂️

[mark barton @um8kthecall]

Good read and so true. Should print it and hand it out at every game
