Words cannot express how proud I am of this young man.
From coaching you in Freshman ball, then to varsity, seeing you kill it at college, and now on to the league.
You’ve earned this, now get after it @lukebenson35 !

Feet. Hands. Hips.
3 pts of contact. Violently Extend. Run the feet. Set a new LOS.
Feel/Fight Pressure. Don’t backdoor. Eyes out of the backfield. Pressure doesn’t lie!
🔥Improving your skills is tough without a workout buddy.
To help here are 5 block destruction drills you can execute completely on your own.

Craig was a legend within the defensive line community. It was very evident early on he wished to elevate young men to an elite level in the trenches, by providing articulate and excellent information at their finger tips.
Rest in Peace Craig, the line of scrimmage has been set.
Craig’s Celebration of Life will be held on March 16th in Phoenix, Arizona.
Please wear your Sunday best!
A big thank you to those that have donated to our GoFundMe (link in bio), it means the world to our family as we grieve this monumental loss. 💔
“You are the standard, you have to be it all the time.”
Coaches, this is a non-negotiable in coaching. Do not set standards you don’t embody.
Want your position group out there first? Be the first on the field. Want players to hustle between drills? You better run too.
🔥The stutter bull isn’t the easiest rush to master, but…
…if you put in the time perfecting each step of this rush…
….you’ll literally be able to MIND CONTROL your opponent.
You see, when you properly fake in and out with your head, neck and shoulders…
…your opponent’s hands will magically widen and expose his chest.
That gives you an uninhibited lane to drive all your force directly through his chest…
…so you can throw your opponent out of your way and give yourself a free path directly to the QB.
Here's a dang near perfect example of this from Sam Hubbard.
@PaFootballNews No offers? Thats insane.
Has a nose for the ball.
Great hustle from the backend on plays.
Physical.
And fills gaps like a freight train from the tape I just watched.
@craigroh I recommend my line to wrestle yearly. It’s great for:
Mastering Body control (weight distribution, footwork)
Exploiting the opponents weight.
Hand fighting (getting leverage, clearing hands, active hands all around)
Conditioning - IYKYK
🔥Catching blocks will get you killed!
Check out 91 (the right 3-tech) in this clip.
Zero explosion out of his stance…
…and gets 600 pounds of Michigan man carving him out of his gap.
To win short yardage you have to have a great get off and…
…explode out at your man.
🔥In order to effectively run stunt it is essential to show no tips.
If you’re leaning or looking at the gap you’re stunting too, you’ll almost certainly tip your opponent off to the fact that you’re exchanging gaps.
Instead, put mental weight on your push foot so your opponent is unaware of the stunt.
Here’s a dang near perfect example of this.
