Get ready. She’s coming 🔥💪🏻🥎🏀⚽️
Kid works hard, loves life, big time leader, lead learner and loves a great God.
Kate is not made to play, not made to work, not made to love the game. There are many parents that place pressure on their young kids to be somebody they aren’t. To live out a parent’s dream. This won’t happen with Kate. She is the old school kid that sleeps with her glove and begs to learn and be pushed.
She chooses to study her own video and others, chooses to work extra when no one is watching. She will play multiple sports and choose her path. She probably woke up this morning and did our taxes. lol
Her mom and I will lovingly guide her as we should and watch her journey unfold. She is only 10 but she has her world in the palm of her hand and God loves her.
10 is too young to promote or even think about college or recruiting. As a coach and a father, I get to watch her journey unfold as she gets closer to those conversations. Many athletic 10 year olds don’t even finish high school in the same sport or maybe aren’t even good in that sport 8 years later. For that reason…. Enjoy the ride. Create room for courage through failure and humility in success.
Embrace hard. Embrace servant leadership. Embrace the game.
This kid is different. She just gets it. 🔥🔥🔥Go be great Kate for His glory. ✝️. I love watching her learn the game. Softball IQ loading. Her journey is loading.
Next post maybe 3 years away when her bigger journey starts.
Is 13 years old too young to start thinking about the next level?? I guess we will keep learning and see. May God be with all of your journeys.

It’s going to be a great summer☀️ @TampaMustangs
@BritneyPurser Agreed. Our team 1 word was purpose, Team 2 is coachable, Team 3 next year is Grit. I’ll take those three qualities over just talent any day. Keep being great🥎🔥🙌🏻
So proud of this kid. Only been slapping for 6 months and starting to have better body control, better swing path, adding bunting and a chop slap and getting down the baseline quickly. Also love the slow motion video of her fielding. As a coach and a dad it’s hard to not to get involved in every detail but letting you fail and succeed and learn from others is one of my greatest gift to you outside our desire for you to know God.
She may only be 10 but she’s building a core foundation that is built with joy, hard work, dedication and the ability to handle failure properly. Love that you are able to fail and it inspire you not break you.
Keep working hard and just enjoy the game but the day is coming where it will be your testimony and your ability to honor God with your talents for His glory. Servant leadership and responsibility doesn’t start at 13 or 14… it starts at a young age learning how to put others first, handle success with humility and adversity with courage. Can’t wait to see where God has you in the future.
So proud of you Emily Kate💪🏻🥎🥹🔥@ExtraInningSB@PrepSoftball@SoftballDown #softball4ever
