Congratulations to former Lion, Quinton Dial, on his induction this evening into the Mississippi Community and Junior College Sports Hall of Fame! We are proud to have Quinton represent EMCC in the 2026 induction class! #PR1DE
Quinton was a 2010 NJCAA All-American who went on to win back-to-back BCS national championships with Alabama and was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2013 NFL draft. He played in San Franciso until 2017, and finished his NFL career after the 2017 season with the Green Bay Packers.

LIONS WIN!!!! EMCC defeats Holmes, 50-39 to close out the regular season. The Lions win their 12th North Division (co) championship!! The Lions earn the #1 seed in the North and will host the first round on 11/8. This is the 15th time that Coach Stephens has taken the Lions to the playoffs since 2008. #PR1DE #CHAMPS

EMCC women’s golfer Lucy Lunceford has arrived in Iowa for the NJCAA Div II Golf Championship! An official practice round will be played today with a pre-championship banquet tonight. Action is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. each day (Tuesday-Friday). Lucy is slated to tee off at 8:10 a.m. on Tuesday and 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday. GOOD LUCK, LUCY! #PR1DE
