I am still recruiting 2026 and transfers. We are a D2 program in the Mountain East Conference (MEC). Have a great core returning and looking to add depth in all positions. Scholarships available. Also starting on 2027s. Let’s talk!

@iamkathyreaves We did well but our standards are higher than what we were able to achieve this year. We’ve found that our tryouts bring in top talent and help us find a diamond in the rough each year.
@iamkathyreaves Yes ma’am! We like to see our kids live. We want kids who aren’t afraid of competition and proving that they want an opportunity with us just as much as we may be interested in them.
@iamkathyreaves Also, we do our research on kids when they go into the portal. A lot is said and stories sometimes don’t align. The tryout is an opportunity to impress us and build a relationship with us earlier than other kids in the portal.
On the hunt for a mobile post player who has good size, great hands, can run the floor, is physical and has solid post moves and counter moves, finishes through contact, plays defense, boxes out and has a consistent motor! Preferably a JUCO/transfer! #Recruiting2024
On the hunt for a legitimate Floor General/PG who is a natural playmaker for herself and others, sets and controls the tempo of the game, has great leadership, and has an impeccable work ethic. Preferably JUCO/transfer who has college experience. 👀
Late recruitment of HS players a THREAD
It’s May 7th…
Everyone’s recruit is different, but these are a few things you and your parents MUST consider at this point!
Like it or not TRANSFER at this point take precedent in recruiting so here’s some things that can help…
My advice to HS recruits:
1. Be eligible..no coach runs from good grades
2. Seriously consider the school that shows they want you the most
3. Don’t let level guide you
4. Ask questions..lots!
5. Don’t be afraid to initiate contact
6. Focus on what you can control
7. Show gratitude
