During the Dodgers postseason run, Clayton Kershaw opened his home to Jack Dreyer and Emmet Sheehan so they wouldn’t have to stay in a hotel, while his wife Ellen and their four children returned to Texas for the beginning of the school year.

During this time, the three built a real connection off the field.

"Over a handful of nights out by the beach and evenings spent by the fire pit, Kershaw connected with teammates a decade his junior. They talked about life as much as they did baseball."

Dreyer said it felt "surreal" having these moments and living with Kershaw.

Sheehan admired the way Kershaw treated them saying: "He treated you like a teammate and like a peer and not like a little kid, which he could have.”

That’s what a championship environment looks like.

Radio Row can be intimidating if it’s your first time and you don’t have talent booked. You’re relying on right place, right time...hoping someone gives you a shot.

Most will not give you a second unless they are being paid or know there is some return for their time.

Not only is Pat providing incredible content, but he is giving someone the confidence boost they need to approach that next individual.

After an interview with a college journalist, Pat asked them for their name, to which he responded, "Nice to meet you, I'm Pat."

The world of content is a business, but at the end of the day, we are all human.

We need to not forget Mississippi. Six days later and the hardest-hit zones still have counties that are mostly in the dark.

Hats off to the crews who continue to work long hours to restore power, but concern continues to grow for the vulnerable populations without heat.
