🏈⚔️ HOMECOMING WEEK | SPARTAN FOOTBALL 💙💛

It's a special weekend at Queensbury as we celebrate Homecoming, Senior Day, and our Athletics Hall of Fame!

The Spartans return home Saturday to take on the Shenendehowa Mustangs in a Section 2 matchup!

📅 Saturday, October 17
⏰ 1:30 PM Kickoff
📍 Queensbury High School Turf Athletic Complex
🏈 Queensbury (4-2) vs. Shenendehowa (4-2)

Queensbury enters the weekend riding a three-game winning streak, following last week's 29-12 victory over rival South Glens Falls.

That win also brought some Spartan history! Senior Marcus Gooden II became Queensbury's all-time leader in career receiving touchdowns with 16, while also becoming just the second Spartan to surpass 1,000 career receiving yards!

Saturday will also be an opportunity to recognize our 16 senior football players, celebrate our cheerleaders, and welcome back members of our Spartan family for Hall of Fame weekend.

And here's another great piece of history: Queensbury has won 15 of its last 16 Homecoming games!

A special thank you once again to Tim Jones, our Athletics Communications Specialist, for putting together these outstanding weekly game notes and continuing to preserve the history and stories of Queensbury Football.

Spartan Nation, let's pack the stands and make it a great Homecoming weekend! 💙💛⚔️
