Where’s all my peeps who aren’t “triggered” by every damn thing!
Let’s connect because it seems my feed is clogged with well cry babies.
This 80’s baby is looking to make scrolling less full of 🙄
And before I get the get off social media then….how about no
It’s never about perfection and it’s always about showing up for yourself and just trying to be one percent better every single day and that is so cliché, but it really is about progress.
“Missing once is an accident. Missing twice is the start of a new habit.”
I cannot emphasize enough it’s about consistency realizing how small slip-ups aren’t a big deal, but repeated ones can lead to negative patterns.
This is one of my ultimate quotes from James Clear in atomic habits
it’s something that I really had to wrap my own mind around I used to think not showing up 1 or 2 days isn’t a big deal, but it’s the start of a new habit of letting yourself down and thinking it’s OK.
Then we chat about what’s necessary and I hear…
Oh no I don’t want to do that, oh I don’t have time for that and on and on
Well you can’t keep doing what you’re doing and expect a different result.
Hard but necessary truth:
If you’re unhappy with your body you have to be willing to make a change!
If what you are currently doing got you to this place of unhappiness why would it get you out?
I hear all too often “I’m ready to do what necessary “
Something people genuinely don’t want to hear… Training harder is not going to fix a lifestyle problem.
It is only one component you have to look at the bigger picture nutrition, sleep, stress management to name a few
What is your Sunday ritual?
Mine is slow starts! I love waking up with no alarm, with my favourite coffee, and new book or magazine and of course puppy cuddles.
The older I get the simpler things become & I love it
The Truth About Transformation
Spoiler: It's not about motivation!
Why most transformations fail:
• Relying on willpower alone 🥱
• No clear system
• Missing guidance
• Zero accountability
The success formula?
Systems + Support = Sustainable Results
Because let's be honest – as busy professionals, we need fitness solutions that work WITH our schedules, not against them.
This is why I developed a 4-week strength training program specifically for high-achieving women who want results without sacrificing their career momentum
The secret?
Start where you ARE, not where you think you should be.
Key principles I teach my clients:
• Consistency over intensity
• Sustainable habits over quick fixes
• Progress over perfection
• Strategic planning over wishful thinking
