Enjoyed talking with Kellis HC Chris Miranda and learning about what he’s building at Kellis. The weight room and speed training has been the main emphasis this offseason for his young team that only graduated 5 seniors from last season.

Enjoyed catching up with ASU LB and Kellis alum Tristan Bacon.

He totaled 870 scrimmage yards (10.2 YPC) and 13 TDs and recorded 88 tackles, 5 TFLs, 2 INTs, 3 FFs, and 3 PBUs, leading the Cougars to a 10-2 record and 5A quarterfinal as a two-way star senior in 2024.

Great chat with Kellis ‘28 QB Brodee Lermon (@blermon7). He tells me his is focused on improving his reads and putting last season in the rear view. Lermon was also one of a few players ASU linebacker Tristan Bacon pulled aside for a pep talk after practice on Thursday.
