That’s not how it works. This isn’t madden, he’s not going to stop being an upper-tier DE just because he’s going to Cleveland.

Garrett is older, and CLE got excellent NFL Draft assets for him as well.

Fans need to realize that Garrett is “old” now and nobody would give CLE multiple 1st-rounders for him. He’s turning 31 in December, and the Browns can’t justify having him on this roster right now both from a financial and personnel aspect.
