Coaches and staff,

My name is CJ Wood, and I just finished my final season playing football at Lehigh. I’m staying on campus this spring and fall to help our staff with whatever they may need while I finish my degree. I’m actively looking for a Graduate Assistant / football staff opportunity beginning next spring (2027).

I am proficient in Visio, Pro Quick Draw (PQD), Excel, PowerPoint, etc. I would be willing to do anything to get my foot in the door.

Capable of:
• Film breakdown / opponent scouting / cutups
• Playbook designs and installs
• Recruiting ops / prospect eval
• Football ops

I’ll be posting examples of my work and individual projects for you all to see. I am the son of a coach and truly love the game. I am an accounting major who is detail-oriented, dependable, and a pro in everything I do. I also have data analytics and coding knowledge from coursework. I am looking to make as many connections as possible!

My project this winter was plotting a U.S. recruiting geography map by county built from NFL draft data. It includes every player drafted since 2020 and every 1st-round pick since 2000. Players are plotted by where they went to high school / grew up and got developed, depending on numerous factors.

It's color-coordinated into four recruiting regions and includes every FBS program plotted by stadium location, represented by its logo. This gives a quick view of where NFL talent is coming from and how it overlaps with program footprints.
